Terms & Conditions:-

While Travelling by Road:-

  • As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
  • Yatri is requested not to disturb to driver while driving, to avoid any miss happening.\
  • Each Yatri is allowed to carry a luggage of one piece not more than 12 -15kg.
  • Yatri must carry winter wears, led charging torch, some eatables, etc. if required.
  • Yatri will be whole responsible for personal expenses & personal belongings.
  • Our Team will give briefing to each yatri on the day they arrive.
  • Each and every Yatri has to follow the instructions given by our team.
  • No refund can be claimed for any unutilized services.
  • If any Dham / Temple Darshan are missed due to any unforeseen reason, the tour will continue as per the scheduled Itinerary. No changes will be made on last minute.
  • Due to Natural Calamities / Land Slides and Road traffic due to heavy rush of Yatris, If we can’t reach at the scheduled destination / hotel, and our vehicle is not able to move forward, then Yatris have to do their all arrangement by own at that place. However, our team will help Yatris to find their arrangement.
  • Any change in fuel price / Govt Taxes may lead to increase the cost of package and it should be bared by yatri and will be collected on spot directly from Yatri.
  • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • Similar hotel will be given in case of non-availability / Bounce bookings and Chardham Heli Yatrais authorized to change the hotel if required.
  • Chardham Heli Yatrais authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
  • Violation of company’s policy or misbehave with any of the company’s staff will lead to cancelation of the package with no refund.
  • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
  • It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
  • Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
  • Chardham Heli Yatra is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of personal belongings during the course of the yatra.
  • All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company. Company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any prior notice.
  • CHARDHAM HELI YATRA Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. CHARDHAM HELI YATRA considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only to the court of Dehradun India.
  • On accepting any Booking, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.

While Travelling by Helicopter:-

  • Similar hotel will be given in case of non-availability / Bounce bookings and Chardham Heli Yatra is authorized to change the hotel if required.
  • Any change in fuel price / Govt Taxes may lead to increase the cost of package and it should be borne by Yatri and will be collected on spot directly from Yatri.
  • Chardham Heli Yatra is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
  • Violation of company’s policy or misbehave with any of the company’s staff will lead to cancelation of the package with no refund.
  • Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
  • There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
  • The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to date of journey.
  • In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
  • Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost of the total package. This will be permitted only if applied 15days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested within 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
  • The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

Bad Weather conditions while travelling by Helicopter:-

  • In Chardham Yatra from Dehradun, If Guest arrives Dehradun and we are unable to fly from Dehradun only from the first day, in that case we will refund the whole amount after deducting utilised services like Dehradun Hotel stay and 10% of the service charges which included flight preparation charges, handling charges and Helicopter parking charges.
  • If Guest stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days of Chardham Yatra we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund proportionate amount of money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time and unutilized service.
  • In case of bad weather occurs after flying from Dehradun and guest have to come back to the origin helipad then we will try to do yatra after clearance from ATC on same day or next day but in that case charges for extra flying hours / hotel accommodation will be paid directly to the Helicopter Company and charged from Client on the spot.
  • If Darshan Has done for all the 04 Dhams but guest stuck on last day and can’t fly back to Dehradun then if he wish to come back to Dehradun by Road, then we will arrange their Vehicle but cost of that will be collected from guest and no refund will be initiated for the flying cost.
  • Extra night stay at any Place in Bad Weather Situation will be collected from guest directly.
  • 10% service charge will be applicable in Case of cancellation of full trip due to BAD weather.
