1. • Registration is mandatory. Passengers must register themselves before reaching Bharmour. Carrying a printout of the registration acknowledgement during the yatra is a must.
   • One mobile number can submit one application consisting of maximum five persons.
   • BSNL, JIO and AIRTEL are preferred Telecom operators in Bharmour region. Network signals are weak in Bharmour, Traveler may face internet speed or OTP not received issues while registering at Bharmour. so travellers are requested to register themselves before reaching Bharmour.
   • If you are found unwell in the medical checkup at Base Camp Hudsar, you will not be allowed to start the journey.
   • Persons above 75 years of age and below 10 years of age are not advised to travel for this yatra.
   • As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
   • A/C will not work in the hills in the Vehicle.
   • Yatri is requested not to disturb to driver while driving, to avoid any mis happening.
   • Yatri must carry winter wears, led charging torch, power bank, mobile charger, some eatables, etc.
   • Yatri will be whole responsible for personal expenses & personal belongings.
   • Each Yatri has to follow the instructions given by our team.
   • No refund can be claimed for any unutilized services.
   • Helicopter tickets are subject to availability.
   • No refund in case of missed helicopter and unused helicopter tickets.
   • Cancellation of Helicopter due to weather condition will be refunded only when amount will be received back from the Heli Company, and client must have to submit cancellation proof, just after they come back from their journey.
   • If Darshan is missed due to any unforeseen reason, the tour will continue as per the scheduled Itinerary. No changes will be made on last minute.
   • Due to Natural Calamities / Land Slides / due to heavy rush of Yatris, If Yatri can’t reach at Panchtarni Helipad while returning from the Amarnath Ji and can’t catch their Helicopter on time then Yatris have to do their stay arrangement by own at that place and to fly on next day on same ticket, please contact Helicopter Company Counter at Helipad and take approval from them
   • Any change in fuel price / Govt Taxes may lead to increase the cost of package and should be borne by yatri and will be collected on spot directly from Yatri.
   • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
   • Similar hotel will be given in case of non-availability / Bounce bookings and Chardham Heli Yatra is authorized to change the hotel if required.
   • Chardham Heli Yatra is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
   • Violation of company’s policy or misbehave with any of the company’s staff will lead to cancelation of the package with no refund.
   • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
   • For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
   • For Mani Mahesh Yatra, Yatri should be medically fit and must have Compulsory Yatra registration letter with them.
   • Any Yatri failed to produce Yatra registration letter and not allowed by the authority to travel, then there will be no refund of any kind in that case.
   • Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
   • Chardham Heli Yatra is not responsible for any accident/injury/death / theft of personal belongings during the yatra.
   • All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company. Company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any prior notice.
   • CHARDHAM HELI YATRA Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. CHARDHAM HELI YATRA considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only to the court of Dehradun India.
   • On accepting this Booking, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.

   Do’s in Mani Mahesh Yatra:-

   • Passengers are requested to bring medical certificate along with them and get the necessary health check-up done at Base Camp Hudsar. Travel only when you are completely healthy.
   • Pregnant women beyond six weeks should not travel.
   • Stop there when you get breathless.
   • Bring umbrella, raincoat, warm clothes, warm shoes, torch and stick with you.
   • Use shoes instead of slippers during the journey.
   • Use the routes prescribed by the administration.
   • For any kind of health-related problem contact the nearest camp.
   • Take special care of cleanliness.
   • Help in the conservation of rare herbs and other plants.
   • Donate any kind of donation or offering only in the donation containers of the trust.
   • Follow all COVID-19 protocols. Travelers should bring masks and sanitizers with them.
   • Passengers should always carry their Identity Card with them during the journey.

    

   Don’ts in Mani Mahesh Yatra

   • Do not travel from Base Camp Hudsar before 04:00 AM and after 04:00 PM.
   • Do not travel alone, travel only with companions. Do not climb up forcefully and do not wear slippery shoes, it can be fatal.
   • Do not throw empty plastic bottles and wrappers in the open, bring them with you and put them in dustbins.
   • Do not tamper with herbs and rare plants.
   • Do not consume any kind of intoxicants, meat, alcohol etc. This is a religious journey, take care of its sanctity.
   • Do not take this journey as a picnic or fun and do pilgrimage only with devotion and faith.
   • Do not throw garbage, wet clothes and your lingerie after bath around the Holy Mani Mahesh Dal Lake, throw them in the dustbin installed nearby.
   • Do not use any kind of short cut.
   • Do not use plastic.
   • Do not do any such work which will pollute the environment and do not cause any harm to the environment.

   If weather is bad during the journey, stop at a safe place between Hadsar and Dal Lake at Dhancho, Sundarasi, Gaurikund and Dal Lake. Start the journey only when weather is favorable.

• Within 15 days no refund will be initiated, 100% payment is required.
